Nagarkot

Nagarkot is located at a 32km drive to the east from Kathmandu at an altitude of 2,175(7000ft). The ridge offers possibly the best display of the Himalayas including Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) and many others like Manaslu, Langtang (23,750ft), Gauri shankar (23,422ft), Ganesh Himal and many more. Nagarkot is famous for sunrise and sunset viewing.
